  • Do I need experience?

    Experience always helps, but it's not necessary. We will fully train you to be one of us. We are taking over the South Okanagan, and have plans of expansion to Central Okanagan soon. 

  • What is your compensation?

    Compensation depends on experience, ability, and most of all, attitude. We want people to work with us for a long time, so we will award accordingly.

  • Do I need a vehicle?

    In most cases, you will need either a vehicle, or transportation to and from the job-site. We work from Osoyoos, Oliver, Keremeos, and Pentiction. We provide a transportation allowance to some surrounding areas. 

  • Do I have to work full-time or part-time?

    We are very flexible with hours. We support part-time team members so if you have small children and can only work during school hours, we are interested in hearing from you!
